Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant performs light repair and maintenance across interior and exterior facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, carpentry, pest control, and flooring; may perform custodial work; duties include preventive maintenance, keeping service records, reporting hazards to Facilities Manager/Area Director, interpreting equipment manuals and work orders, and maintaining pest control and clean work areas; requires a High School diploma or tech school education and a minimum of two years related maintenance experience. CPR/First Aid certification is noted, and the role requires working with various tools and PPE. Location: Las Vegas, NV; on-site responsibilities with the facility.
Required Qualifications
