Job Summary
Assist Facilities Maintenance Technicians on projects and tasks including repairing plumbing systems, electrical repairs, and general building cleaning. Fix company equipment, repair doors and walls, and maintain HVAC systems while removing and installing flooring. Clean and paint interior and exterior spaces, manage construction and remodeling projects, and keep grounds organized. Work 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday at $15-$18/hr in Newport, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to lift and move 50 lbs. at minimum.
- Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
- Willingness to get down and dirty learning new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player and able to work with people across all departments.
- Detail oriented.
