Maintenance Assistant

Assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities are maintained in good working order according to community policies, state, and federal regulations. Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies while maintaining established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures. This full-time role requires Monday through Friday shifts with every other weekends at $19.00 per hour.
