Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant responsible for routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work; conduct regular inspections of the community to identify and address maintenance issues; assist with moving and arranging furniture, fixtures, and equipment; maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used; collaborate with the maintenance team to complete projects in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience or equivalent education and training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (must be able to travel to and from work)
