Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance requests, repairs, and inspections for the physical facility and grounds. Maintain the Unit Maintenance Log, Building Inspection Schedule, and dumpster area while ordering supplies and monitoring inventory. Perform routine janitorial duties, snow removal, and landscaping. Remain on call 24 hours for emergency needs and complete mandatory annual unit inspections with required documentation. Assist with new resident orientation. Requires basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift and bend regularly.
