Job Summary
Perform repairs and do preventative maintenance on mechanicals while preparing rooms for new residents. Communicate effectively with residents, other staff, and the Maintenance Director on updates or issues requiring attention. Work the schedule from Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00am to 7:00pm. Must pass a 2-step TB test and demonstrate knowledge of facilities management systems or ability to learn them quickly. Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of facilities and operations systems management in an assisted living and dementia care community
- Skilled at building relationships with residents and staff members
- Ability to maintain resident confidentiality
- Knowledge and/or ability to learn federal, state, and local regulations
- Must be willing to take 2-step TB test
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10:00am 7:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm
