Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant responsible for maintaining and improving the property, including rooms, amenities and communal spaces; perform maintenance, repairs, painting, and preventative tasks, with the ability to address issues before they escalate; practical skills in general building maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical) required; must be able to work afternoon/evening shifts and weekends as needed; collaborative with a diverse team and able to work independently; safety-conscious and able to deliver high-quality, presentable results.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with practical skills in general building maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical — no official qualification required
- Flexible to work afternoons/evenings and weekends as required
