Job Summary
Assist with day-to-day maintenance operations, including basic repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance while responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain facility equipment and tools in good working order, ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, and support overall cleanliness and upkeep of the building and grounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
