Job Summary
Maintain and update the asset register for manufacturing equipment and storeroom inventory while managing attendants across all shifts. Perform asset and equipment inventory, monitor deliveries, and communicate issues to management. Integrate new maintenance equipment, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements. Keep maintenance documentation current, monitor standardization plans, and facilitate payment processing for repairs. Develop proactive, cost-effective maintenance strategies and accurately record processes in CMMS or logbooks. Requires a technical school or engineering degree with at least two years in a manufacturing environment. Annual base salary range is $88,000 - $110,000.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school or engineering degree
- Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, PLM)
- Excellent collaboration, customer focus, quick learning, and attention to detail
