Job Summary
Maintenance Apprentice at SupportWorks Housing collaborates with experienced maintenance staff to support safe, clean living environments for residents. You will assist with cleaning and maintaining common areas and grounds, turning over units with cleaning, painting, and minor repairs, processing work orders and preventative maintenance, supporting inspections, and ensuring building safety systems function properly. This role offers hands-on learning across property maintenance and practical, in-demand skills, with a schedule Mon–Fri and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision after 30 days, life insurance, disability coverage, retirement plan with company match, EAP, PTO and holidays. A valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
