Maintenance Apprentice - Providence Row

Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities to a consistent, high standard while managing trash operations, including dumpster areas and bulk item coordination. Assist the maintenance team with minor repairs and upkeep of community features, and identify and report maintenance issues and safety concerns proactively. Support overall property presentation to ensure a clean, well-run environment. This M-F evening/weekend role focuses on building hands-on experience across property operations with a goal of growing into a Maintenance Technician position.
