Maintenance Apprentice

Maintenance Apprentice will receive on-the-job training performing inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure proper performance and safety of company vehicles. Learns to maintain commercial motor vehicles per DOT regulations and Company standards; performs limited repairs and preventive services (oil changes, lubrication, tune-ups, filter replacements, tire rotations, etc.); completes repair documentation and parts usage; conducts vehicle safety inspections and reports equipment deterioration; assists mechanics and supports in inventory and shop safety; expects to follow safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies while working in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
