Job Summary
Maintenance and Work Control SME to support DOE Hanford Field Office in the WTP engineering division. Lead as WTP SME on maintenance/work control programs, perform oversight and assessment of contractor maintenance/work control activities, conduct field oversight ~2x per week, monitor contractor work processes, and provide timely input to management. Requires proven experience in contractor oversight, maintenance/work control management, complex federal regulations, strong writing/communication, and knowledge of DOE Hanford processes; responsibilities include developing knowledge of facility and system maintenance and work control requirements and delivering oversight reports and communications.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in engineering, science or technical discipline
- 6 years of relevant experience may be substituted for BS/BA degree
- At least 10 years of experience in contractor oversight
- At least 10 years of experience in maintenance and work control management
- Experience with researching and navigating complex federal regulations to determine requirements for contractor performance attributes
