Maintenance and Tool Room Manager

Maintenance and Tool Room Manager is responsible for all building and equipment improvements and maintenance. Designs, builds, and maintains required tooling and fixtures for production machining of all Zero-Max products; manages Tool Room and Maintenance employees. Plans, coordinates, and schedules all preventative maintenance and repair activities; analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs CNC equipment including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; oversees installation activities; analyzes machining and tooling issues; oversees TIG welding of products and performs TIG welding in absence of welder. Ensures safety program adherence, designs and builds tools/fixtures for production machining, coordinates tooling fabrication and tool stocking, and manages facilities projects and vendor relationships. Supervises Tool Room and Maintenance staff, handling performance management and ensuring alignment with core values of service, accountability, and integrity. Requires ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain records, and communicate effectively with leadership, employees, and vendors.
