Job Summary
Maintenance and Repair Worker responsible for a variety of upkeep tasks, including plumbing (changing faucets, repairing toilets, snaking drains, repairing old lines), motor inspection and preventive maintenance, drywall patching, pipe fitting, HVAC maintenance, insulation, welding, and carpentry. Also identifies and places requisitions for parts and supplies needed for repairs and day-to-day operations; requires at least 6 months of related experience and ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 100 pounds).
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The 6 months of experience must include performing repeated physical movements, including but not limited to bending, stooping, squatting, climbing, lifting up to 100 pounds, and pushing and pulling.
