Job Summary
Lead and coordinate all plant maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations at the Savannah facility. Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing the maintenance budget and critical spare parts inventory. Direct the maintenance team and execute work orders, serving as a key participant in PSM activities including Mechanical Integrity, Management of Change, Pre-Startup Safety Reviews, and Incident Investigations. Provide technical assistance for process improvements studies and interface with central engineering for large capital projects. Prepare, review, and execute permit documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. Monday-Friday schedule; on-site required. BS ME or BS ChE with 5+ years in chemical process environments preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BS ME or BS ChE, or other applicable technical discipline
- 5 years minimum industrial experience in chemical process environment or similar
- 1 - 3 years supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with RMP/PSM standards
- Maintenance planning and management experience
- Plant maintenance experience
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English
- Willing & capable to lead and/or participate on site teams, as well as corporate teams
- Fundamental belief and demonstrated behaviors that safety & compliance is one of the most critical aspects to the role
- Physical requirements of the job include: Walking up/down stairs
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
