Job Summary
Maintenance - Pool Technician provides timely general maintenance and pool maintenance for guest properties and offices; conducts pool cleaning, water-quality monitoring, and coordinate repairs; handles on-call after-hours requests; maintains property office communications via tablets and work orders; interacts with owners, guests, and service providers; must lift up to 50 lbs, use ladders, and carry out general maintenance tasks including plumbing/electrical/carpentry knowledge; full-time role requiring Saturdays/weekends during peak seasons and after-hours availability; requires a valid SC driver's license and a clean driving record; two+ years of related experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Two+ years of related experience and/or training in maintenance/general maintenance or similar environment
- Sound background in basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry as it applies to general maintenance (CPO not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid SC driver's license and clean driving record
- Full-time availability including Saturdays and weekends during peak seasons
- On-call/after-hours availability
- Strong communication skills
- Courteous and professional phone manner
