Job Summary
Clean all building areas, including showers and locker rooms, while dusting, vacuuming carpets, and scrubbing toilets. Perform light maintenance duties, assist with landscaping, and remove snow from sidewalks and entrances as needed. Inform the supervisor of cleaning supply inventory and request additional supplies when necessary. Work alongside the Maintenance Director, stepping in to fulfill director responsibilities when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- Must be able to lift minimum 25lbs
- Must be able to use various floor cleaning machines
- Can work independently or in a group setting
- Takes initiative and is self-driven
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
