Maintenance Groundskeeper at Paulson Park I responsible for overall property maintenance under supervision, including move-ins/move-outs/annual inspections, light maintenance (electrical, plumbing, painting, minor repairs), inventory and upkeep of tools/equipment, cleaning common areas, grounds upkeep (debris removal, shrub trimming, weed control), safety compliance and routine logs, and participating in emergency standby (evenings/weekends/holidays).
Required Qualifications
