Maintenance and Grounds Technician responsible for maintaining safety, function, and appearance of parish buildings and grounds across multiple locations; duties include operating and repairing HVAC, irrigation, plumbing, electrical, and security systems; manage doors/locking hardware, operate various power tools and motorized equipment, support building projects, and respond to after-hours emergencies. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds and completion of an Archdiocese background check; full-time role in Olympia, WA with availability around major Catholic holy days.
Required Qualifications
