Job Summary
Maintenance and Grounds Technician needed to maintain and repair parish buildings and grounds across multiple locations. Responsibilities include upkeep, safety checks, HVAC, irrigation, plumbing, electrical work, lighting control, and operation/repair of appliances and equipment across parish facilities; manage building systems, respond to after-hours emergencies, and support parish activities. Requires knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and related mechanical systems; ability to lift at least 50 pounds; successful Archdiocese background check.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Archdiocese of Seattle Background Check
- Previous experience in maintenance work
- Working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and related mechanical and building systems
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
