Job Summary
Perform daily internal and external facility maintenance, including changing light bulbs, stocking supplies, troubleshooting plumbing, painting, and cleaning windows. Manage lawn care, snow removal, and pest control while transporting trash and recycling. Develop and maintain schedules for preventative maintenance on fire extinguishers, HVAC systems, and safety alarms. Coordinate independent contractors for projects, manage biohazard container placement, and ensure compliance with OSHA and CDC regulations. Travel between sites using personal vehicle for duties across clinic and administrative locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid WI Driver's license
- Personal vehicle
- Reside within NorthLakes' service area at the time of hire
- Maintain residency throughout employment
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs frequently
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to travel between sites
- Must be able to perform tasks involving physical activity including extensive bending, kneeling or reaching overhead
- Must be able to work 25% of the time sitting at a desk and using a computer
- Must be able to work 75% of the time standing/walking
- Must be able to perform tasks involving potential exposure to airborne diseases
- Must be able to perform tasks involving potential risk of blood borne exposure
- Must be able to complete Paylocity courses
- Must be able to comply with OSHA/CDC regulations
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to provide references
