Job Summary
Hands-on Maintenance & Grounds Manager role overseeing landscaping, exterior upkeep, and routine maintenance across three luxury properties (9 acres across 3 buildings) in Georgetown, TX. Responsibilities include landscape/ exterior duties (blowing, irrigation checks, debris removal, curb appeal) and general maintenance (drywall/paint touch-ups, basic plumbing and electrical fixes, preventative maintenance, and minor equipment/ appliance issues). Must coordinate with vendors, manage room turnovers within a 2-day window after resident moves out, and work 5 days per week on a 40-hour schedule. Requires a valid driver’s license, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work outdoors in Texas heat. Schedule flexibility is available, and compensation is top-of-market for the right candidate.
