Job Summary
Lead the maintenance and facilities team in a 24-hour manufacturing environment by providing direct supervision to technicians and overseeing utilities, HVAC, and building systems. Ensure timely response to facility issues through contractor coordination and strict adherence to safety standards while prioritizing daily work orders based on production needs. Manage shutdowns, capital projects, and equipment installations using the Fiix CMMS and Metasys BAS platforms, escalating critical incidents to senior leadership as required. Coordinate directly with production supervisors to maintain operational support during assigned shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, facilities, or utilities management within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience supervising or directing technicians
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities systems
- Strong computer proficiency, including CMMS systems, work order management, and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to coordinate multi-trade contractor activity and OEM representatives
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with building automation systems (BAS) preferred, including exposure to platforms such as Metasys
- Technical degree or relevant trade certification preferred
