Job Summary
Maintenance and EVS Director will oversee the upkeep and functionality of a skilled nursing facility, leading the maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry teams, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA and Life Safety Regulations), and maintaining a safe, clean environment for residents. Responsibilities include budgeting and cost control, vendor coordination and contract oversight, emergency response, documentation and reporting, and resident/staff support. Requires strong leadership, knowledge of building systems, and experience in a healthcare facility. Education: high school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred; minimum 2 years in facility maintenance with supervisory experience; certifications in HVAC/electrical/plumbing are a plus.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in facility maintenance; 1 year in a supervisory role preferred; healthcare facility experience desirable; knowledge of Life Safety Regulations for Nebraska
- Skills: Leadership, building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), safety regulations, maintenance management software
- Certifications: HVAC, electrical, plumbing certifications are a plus
