Job Summary
Maintenance & Calibration Sustaining Engineer responsible for developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment, leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis, owning the calibration program for production tools, measurement devices, sensors, and test equipment, and managing spare parts and asset lifecycle. Collaborates with Design Engineering, NPI, Quality, and Production to support new equipment introduction and scale-up, drives data-driven improvements in OEE and maintenance efficiency, and supervises maintenance technicians and calibration personnel. On-site five days a week in Reno, NV, with a focus on safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering — or equivalent technical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, calibration, reliability engineering, or related fields.
