Job Summary
Oversees night-shift maintenance and automation activities across multiple shifts, ensuring safety practices and housekeeping, maintains quality compliance with cGMPs and site procedures, and manages staffing, performance, and daily operations. Drives maintenance excellence through high-quality maintenance execution, training readiness, KPI performance, and alignment with production needs; reviews work orders, investigates deviations, and leads incident reporting and corrective actions to support 24/7 manufacturing operations. Role requires coordinating with customers for production alignment, ensuring training and development, and maintaining incident reporting and corrective measures. The position supports a 24/7 operation with overtime availability and requires flexibility to respond to off-hour emergencies; some allergens are present in the parenteral plant and minor travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Five years of manufacturing or maintenance experience in a leadership/supervisory role
- Legally authorized to be employed in the United States
- No sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN)
