Job Summary
Night‐shift Maintenance and Automation Supervisor at Lilly's RTP facility oversees safety, quality (cGMP compliance), and 24/7 maintenance operations across multiple shifts. Leads incident reporting and corrective actions, manages staffing and performance, ensures high-quality maintenance execution, training readiness, KPI performance, and alignment with production needs. Responsible for reviewing work orders, investigating deviations, and ensuring safe, compliant maintenance with strong housekeeping; requires supervision experience, knowledge of parenteral/packaging operations, CMMS, and basic electrical concepts; standard 24/7 operation with overtime flexibility and minimal travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Five years of manufacturing or maintenance experience in a leadership/supervisory role
- Legally authorized to be employed in the United States
- Knowledgeable of Parenteral or Packaging Maintenance operations and processes or other GMP manufacturing experience
- Formulation, Filling, Device Assembly or Packaging Knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels in the organization
- Coaching and feedback
- Ability to prioritize and meet targets
- Problem solving with CMMS, PLC, HMI understanding
