Job Summary
Review, extract, and analyze maintenance summaries from reports submitted by associated activities. Summarize and interpret significant data collected to relate it to maintenance plans, standards, and workload estimates. Identify deficiencies in material consumption, training, workload, and scheduling; evaluate deviations from standards, plans, and estimates to determine causes and impacts on the maintenance mission. Advise Commanders of results and recommend corrective actions. Requires seven years' experience in AFSC 221X0 (or equivalent) with in-depth knowledge of maintenance analysis policies and procedures. Proficient in communications skills for writing reports and developing visual aids. Identify production effectiveness, trends, and areas requiring management action. Required Qualifications
- 7 years' experience in AFSC 221X0 (or equivalent maintenance specialty)
- in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures relating to Maintenance Analysis
- proficient in communications skills necessary to write reports and develop charts, graphs, tables and other visual aids
- skills necessary to identify production effectiveness, trends and areas requiring management action
