Job Summary
Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair. Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary parts and repairs. Perform repairs on facilities including feed systems, crates, gating, heating, and ventilation. Execute repairs on vehicles, tractors, and equipment attachments. Maintain well and lagoon systems. Perform maintenance and upkeep on facility grounds. Requires ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers. Knowledge of general carpentry, plumbing, welding, and electrical systems is preferred. Must be able to use hand and power tools while working well with others and independently.
