Maintenance AM or PM

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change back to customers, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and participating in safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role is based at the Homesense store in Columbia, MD, with a starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects.
