Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility, completing work orders in a timely and efficient manner. Assist with painting, patching, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as assigned while maintaining grounds, parking areas, and outdoor spaces. Inspect equipment and report maintenance issues, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and infection control standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations, helping with room setups, furniture moves, and special projects.
