Maintenance Administrator

Job Summary
Coordinate with multiple departments to respond to and resolve maintenance requests, manage the purchase orders log, and ensure that orders match packing slips; maintain safety, security, and confidentiality of materials; greet guests and provide professional service while following policies; supervise documentation and communications using computers and POS systems, read and verify information, and move light objects as needed; collaborate to ensure rooms needing maintenance are out of order and coordinate with housekeeping and front desk as required; uphold quality standards and safety procedures, and assist with payroll-related tasks for hourly staff as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Complete safety training and certifications
