Job Summary
Maintenance Administration Coordinator to support Navy vessels within Raytheon Australia’s Capability Lifecycle Manager program. The role focuses on coordinating PIR responses, tracking Technical Risk Treatment Plan actions, maintaining maintenance dashboards and data accuracy, and liaising with maintenance planning, engineering, and external stakeholders to ensure effective maintenance coordination and compliance with safety, quality, and Defence standards. The position requires strong organisational skills, experience with maintenance or asset management systems (e.g., AMPS, Maximo), and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment. The successful candidate will typically hold a technical Certificate III or equivalent experience, possess solid communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, and be eligible for Negative Vetting 1 security clearance. Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in a technical or engineering-related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a maintenance, technical administration, or support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working within maintenance management or asset management systems (e.g. AMPS, Maximo)
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders in a structured environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of safety, quality, and compliance requirements
- Experience within Defence or a highly regulated environment (desirable)
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Negative Vetting 1 Security clearance; as needed
