Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, assist with parking directions and payment options, and ensure lots remain clean and safe from debris. Monitor the facility for security concerns, enforce parking regulations, and perform routine maintenance tasks like clearing walkways. Keep accurate records of daily activities and report equipment malfunctions to management. Assist fellow team members during busy periods and provide clear traffic control during peak hours. Work rotating shifts between 9AM and 9PM in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
