Job Summary
Maintenance technician responsible for preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems; monitor and maintain building safety systems including fire alarms and sprinkler systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues; troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Maintain and repair equipment such as motors, pumps, air compressors, and HVAC units; keep records of maintenance and repair activities. Adhere to safety regulations and comply with local, state, and federal requirements; assist with training, expense reporting, and coordination of maintenance activities with account/project managers, contractors, and vendors. Provide support during facility inspections and audits and assist with special projects and scopes as assigned.
