Maintenance A DSW

Skilled Maintenance role responsible for preventative and unscheduled maintenance on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems. Performs maintenance work using tools and skills in welding, machine shop sheet metal, carpentry, electrician, plumber, and auto repair; troubleshoots equipment problems, logs modifications, and ensures safety with OSHA regulations. Conducts repair and preventative maintenance of facility components (roof, equipment), installs/repairs/maintains equipment and machinery, and performs PMs. Uses initiative to carry out assignments including design/construction/installation of equipment (building, electrical, HVAC, air systems, plumbing, hydraulic). Knowledge of HVAC, automation, and environmental controls; ability to read electrical schematics; effective communication with contractors, employees, and management; strong problem-solving, prioritization, and safety adherence. Flexible work under swing/weekend shifts as described in the role.
