Job Summary
Maintenance Tech responsible for the maintenance of facility and equipment, performing repairs on machinery, building, and electrical items as breakdowns occur; reinstall parts after sanitation to restart production; start equipment and ensure proper performance; check scales, observe refrigeration system pressures/temperatures; support sanitation cycles; answer radio calls; perform preventative maintenance; follow safety requirements and wear PPE; physical duties include standing/walking, reaching, lifting, and bending in a wet, cold environment; ensure production areas are maintained and running.
