Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance for units, including plumbing, electrical, carpet, drywall, carpentry, glass, appliances, HVAC, grounds, and concrete/tile repairs. Execute work orders promptly to ensure room readiness and availability while performing monthly preventative maintenance on all units. Supervise and train maintenance assistants, coach efficient turnover times, and verify vendor service timeliness with the property manager. Accept on-call responsibilities for tenant emergencies and maintain OSHA compliance in the shop. Schedule outside and unit maintenance tasks. Requires minimum 5 years of maintenance engineer experience, 2 years in a supervisory role, and appropriate tools. Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and on-call availability.

- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 100 pounds
- Constant face-to-face interactions with customers
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions
- Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends as well as on-call availability
- Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies
- Sitting, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, climbing
- Ability to work in cramped, dirty/dusty and cold or hot conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification(s) in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
