Job Summary
Conduct building repairs including drywall, painting, flooring, and lighting changes. Perform HVAC preventive maintenance such as replacing belts and filters, and assist contractors as needed. Execute plumbing tasks like fixing faucets, flushing valves, and clearing minor clogs. Replace electrical outlets, wall switches, and light ballasts. Assist with marketing and promotional set-up and takedown. Remove snow and ice from sidewalks. Lift weights up to 100 pounds and work in restricted areas or on ladders. Utilize equipment including power saws, drills, grinders, garden tractors, and cutting torchs.
Required Qualifications
- General lifting of 60 to 100 pounds
- Able to work in restricted or small areas e.g. pipe-chase
- Able to work from ladders or man-lifts
- General knowledge and use of miscellaneous equipment e.g. power - saw, drill sander, Grinder garden tractor, cutting torch etc
