Job Summary
Ensure parking garages and lots remain clean, safe, and maintained by performing daily tasks such as cleaning grounds, equipment, and surrounding areas. Operate maintenance equipment including blowers, sweepers, and power washers while completing safety checks, minor repairs, and applying paint, sealants, or lubrication as needed. Remove trash and debris, follow the preventative maintenance schedule provided by the Location Manager, and accurately document all activities in log systems. Notify management of material or supply needs promptly. Represent Legacy Parking with professionalism and courtesy by assisting customers and visitors to ensure a great parking experience. This role requires previous experience in maintenance or custodial work and the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance, custodial, or general facility operations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and lift up to 100 lbs as needed
- Work may include medium to heavy physical activity on a daily basis
