Job Summary
Perform PM maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery, including mold preparation and tooling fabrication. Responsibilities include maintenance on molds, working with subcontractors, analyzing maintenance failures, ordering spare parts, and maintaining a clean work environment. Required skills include leadership, basic electrical knowledge, computer proficiency, and physical capabilities to handle equipment safely.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Basic understanding of electrical/electronic machinery and controls
- Skilled in computer usage including Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of electrical and motor controls
- Experience with maintenance management software
- Basic knowledge of mold cleaning, mold change out & setup of parameters
- Ability to stoop, bend, kneel and twist
- Basic experience in manufacturing maintenance (hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication)
- Ability to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly
- Knowledge of using dry ice blasting machines and sand blasting cabinets
- Ability to use small hand tools
