Job Summary
Maintenance Technician I (3rd shift) responsible for maintaining plant equipment and facilities in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner. Performs routine PMs, electrical/mechanical repairs, calibration and testing, troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors/contractors. Maintains calibration and maintenance records, supports continuous improvement, and adheres to GMP and safety practices on the Cedar Rapids, IA production floor.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Technical/trade school certification
- Minimum of 3-year electrical and mechanical maintenance in an industrial production environment
- Forklift certification
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds
- Willingness to wear a respirator
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Must meet safety requirements
