Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and a safe, efficient production environment. Responsibilities include performing preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment to achieve MTTR under 30 minutes, assisting in fabrication, installation, and implementation of equipment and facility improvements, maintaining a compliant and safe workspace per MSDS and regulations, accurately documenting maintenance activities and findings, following emergency procedures and safety protocols, and taking on additional duties to support operations. The ideal candidate possesses a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, manufacturing experience preferred (1 year), strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, solid understanding of machinery and components, ability to identify issues, implement corrective actions, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and the ability to perform hand-on mechanical work, with on-site work in a manufacturing environment.
