Job Summary
Repair and maintain conveyor systems, forklifts, and the warehouse facility, including lighting and minor plumbing. Provide data and recommendations to anticipate operational problems and determine when outside mechanical personnel are required. Respond to all breakdowns interrupting system operation, which may include on-call availability. Assist in ensuring safe forklift operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or maintenance certification program
- 2-3 years previous maintenance or related experience; or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous mechanic experience
