Job Summary
Manage mainframe service management for provider control across DASD, tape, disaster recovery, and capacity demand. Support change management with the provider and handle onboarding and offboarding of users. Utilize ServiceNOW for order, enquiry, change, problem, and fault management alongside GIAM/IAM for identity access. Requires at least three years of mainframe task experience and strong communication skills. This remote role begins immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in mainframe service management (focus on provider control for DASD, TAPE, DR, CAPACITY / Customer Demand)
- Experience with mainframe tasks (at least 3 years)
- Good communication skills
