Required Qualifications
- 4 years of progressive experience as a mainframe DB2 DBA
- Extensive DB2 LUW administration and architecture experience
- Proven expertise with DB2 performance monitoring and tuning tools
- Deep understanding of DB2 Data Sharing principles for high availability and scalability
- Functional knowledge of DB2 internals, tools, and interfaces
- Windows/Unix/Linux operating system knowledge
- Experience in DB2 Connect configurations and disaster recovery processes
- Experience providing on-call support and adhering to SLAs
- DB2 for LUW on Linux/Unix/Windows and z/OS experience
