Job Summary
Lead and inspire a store team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives, guiding and engaging colleagues to uphold high standards in line with the Trading plan. Cultivate a culture of learning, support, recognition, and personal development in product knowledge and self-awareness; ensure a safe, legal, and prideful store environment. Shifts are 5 days out of 7, totaling 39 hours per week. Must demonstrate retail leadership experience, effectively lead from the front, and help teammates on the shop floor. Ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and support employee training and development while motivating teams to achieve their best. Willingness to support other stores in the area as needed. Required Qualifications
- Current/recent retail (or similar) leadership experience
- working knowledge of KPI’s such as ATV
- ability to lead from the front and support teams on the shop floor
- flexibility to support other stores in the area
- strong relationships and clear communication
- experience supporting employee training and development
- motivating teams to deliver their best
