Main OR Registered Nurse- Per Diem

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care through outcome identification and evidence-based practice. Administer, monitor, and document therapeutic interventions while effectively managing rapidly changing situations. Coordinate patient care by communicating extensively with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, care needs, wellness, and safety issues. Demonstrate standard precautions and patient safety principles in practice. Participate in clinical decision-making, orientation, education, and performance improvement activities. Maintain professional ethics and departmental competencies. Requires minimum one year of OR scrubbing and circulating experience, BLS certification, and a valid NJ RN license. Schedule 0630-1500.
