Job Summary
RN O.R. Circulator in Georgia, full-time days (7a-3p) with a sign-on bonus candidate pool. The role provides patient-centered, evidence-based perioperative care within an interdisciplinary team, supporting quality outcomes, patient safety, and governance. Responsibilities include performing the Nursing Process in the OR, coordinating care, ensuring culturally competent care, maintaining timely documentation, and participating in performance improvement, education, and mentorship of staff. Requires current RN licensure, 1-2 years of direct patient care experience in circulating in the OR, BLS certification, and strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in nursing or nursing diploma
- RN licensure (state-specific or compact as required)
- BLS certification
- 1-2 years direct patient care experience
- Operating Room circulating experience
- English proficiency (read/write/speak)
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Evidence-based practice knowledge
- Team-oriented and collaborative skills
